Our Volunteer Board of Directors

Part of being a Licensed, Not-for-Profit Nursery School is being overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, which consists of parents, members of the community, and our School’s Executive Director.

Our School has been fortunate to have had many talented, committed, and dedicated parents and community members through the years who have held positions on our Board. These Board Members are responsible for hiring the School’s Director, and working in conjunction with the School’s Executive Director as they operate our School.

Our Board of Directors meets one evening per month, the dates of which are to be determined at the start of the school year. Our Monthly Board Meetings are open to any families that wish to attend, just ask the Executive Director for the meeting information. Monthly Board Meetings are currently held virtually.

Only Board Members are able to vote at a regular meeting, but anyone is welcome to attend to offer feedback, suggestions, or request a topic be added to the agenda.

Please Note: as per Manitoba Licensing Regulations, visitors will be asked to step out of the meeting for discussions of a confidential nature.

Our Board of Directors also has a Direct Email Address which is overseen by our Board President.
